GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

1. Terms of Agreement

If you continue to browse and use this website and/or attend our classes, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Optimum Whealth’s relationship with you in relation to this website and our service(s).

If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website/services.

The term ‘Optimum Whealth’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the business, the directors, it’s staff, and its contractors – whose registered office is: Optimum Whealth Ltd, 27 Walcot house, Dog Kennel Hill, London, SE22 8AD, United Kingdom. The term ‘you’ and ‘I’ refers to the client, member, user or viewer of our website.

We reserve the right to change any information on this site at any time, to include, but not be limited to terms and conditions and prices.

2. Liability Waiver

All new clients will be required to read and sign the liability waiver prior to beginning their first session. This waiver and release form is mandatory, and any injuries or medical conditions must be notified in writing via email to info@optimumwhealth.com.


3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Strictly no refunds.

4. Disclaimer Acceptance

Before you take your first session with us we will require acceptance of the following statement:

‘I understand that, while the utmost care is taken, neither the individual Instructors or Optimum Whealth will be liable for any damage or injury resulting from my practice, nor any any damage to personal belongings.

I understand that classes may be physically strenuous, and I voluntarily participate in them with the knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.

I recognise that it is my responsibility to notify the Instructor of any illness or injury before the start of every session and I will not perform any posture to the extent of strain or pain.

I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Optimum Whealth, its instructors or its members for any injury, property loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.’

This statement applies to every session, workshop and event you take with us. If this statement is not accepted, admission to the class will be refused and any monies paid in advance will not be refunded.

5. Injury/Pregnancy/Medical conditions

It is the client’s responsibility to inform the teacher of any injury/pregnancy/medical conditions before the start of every session, and we reserve the right to refuse entry on this basis. If you are new to physical exercise it is advisable that you consult a doctor or physician before attending class.

6. Alcohol/Drugs

Clients should not practise under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and will result in immediate dismissal from the session.


7. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse entry to the class.

8. Privacy Policy

In any contact you make with us, we will use your email address to contact you regarding important session updates and special offers. You can unsubscribe to this email service at any time by selecting the unsubscribe button at the base of the email.


9. Online Payments

Online payments are provided by the payments service provider, Paypal or a similar site.

Upon selecting the payment button on our payments page, you will be taken away from Optimum Whealth website to our secure section on the 3rd party website used at that time. By using this service, you agree that Optimum Whealth is not responsible for the capture of personal and/or financial data.

10. Cancellation Policy

If you can no longer attend a booked session, please give at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in you losing your session.
